You
A self-motivated individual who thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial business where you can really make a difference.
Experience: 5 years+ experience as an officer in the bridge & development lending.
The Job
--Assessing property projects
--Reviewing and reporting on valuation and monitoring surveyor reports
--Making notes and preparing (abbreviated) credit papers
--Implementation of underwriting policies
--Seeing loans through to completion – chasing lawyers, valuers and customers
--Loan Management – implementing policy and maintaining records on drawdowns, extensions & redemptions.
--Liaising with Credit Committee and Finance Dept.
--Regular meeting and reporting to Directors.
--Help deal with audits.
A more senior employee could:
--take an active role in ongoing formation of policies for lending, underwriting etc;
--have input at the credit committee;
--lead liaison with our creditors and auditors;
--ultimately take the title of COO
