Meet the Directors
Steve Kent spent 16 years in investment banking before joining KHK. Most recently he was a managing director and the Global Head of Short-Term Interest Rates Trading at UBS Investment bank. He has been investing in real estate debt and equity markets for several years.
Scott Harris has worked in corporate finance at Bank Hapoalim and at a large-scale London based property developer. Immediately before joining KHK, he worked at NHS property services, focussed on Asset Management including disposals and development. He is a qualified chartered surveyor.
Andy Kent spent 14 years in investment banking as an interest rate derivatives trader at institutions including Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse. He was a successful property developer and entrepreneur before joining KHK.

Meet the Team
Ali joined KHK in 2021 after successfully running an FCA regulated brokerage, servicing the specialist finance area, focusing on bridging, development, and mezzanine loans. Prior to this, Ali spent over a decade across multiple industries, from engineering consultancy to media, in fully operational roles, managing the day to day running with a keen eye on the development of systems, processes and profitability.
Sonny joined in 2024. With a background in property law before working for several bridging loan lenders in multiple roles, Sonny has over 10 years experience in the industry. Sonny has significant knowledge in several aspects of the bridging loan process from underwriting, credit review, loan management, loan redemption and loan recovery.
Imogen joins KHK from a large Bridge Lender where she spent several years as deputy financial controller. Before that she worked for a firm of accountants. She brings top notch financial acumen and entrepreneurial flair.
Dov has been in the industry for over 5 years, most recently as a BDM at another bridge lender. He has also been a sales and letting negotiator. He brings strong relationships in the industry and a proven track record.
Niki spent several years as a sales trader at Citibank and HSBC before joining KHK. She brings a strong background in financial services as well as all round talent for getting things done.
Gila has a background in property development and holds a First Class honours degree in mathematics and economics from LSE.
Jamie joined KHK in 2025, having previously led the finance team for an online retailer. Prior to this she spent 9 years in the financial services sector, with a focus on residential mortgages.
Sian has spent the last nine years working for various specialist property finance brokerages. Sian takes pride in exceeding borrowers expectations throughout the application process whilst maintaining diligence on all aspects.
Anya brings 5 years of experience working with Series B & C US-backed startups, Deloitte, and creative agencies. With a passion for accounting and automation, she thrives in streamlining processes.
